MICHELA SOLA PASTRY CHEF

I am a qualified Pastry Chef. I started making cakes as a hobby, but then I realized that this was not just a hobby but a real passion. Therefore, I followed courses of specialization and I turned my passion into a real job, at first doing different experiences in Italy and then moving to London, the world capital of food. Here I had the fortune to work for exclusive private members club, five stars hotels, top level restaurants. The secret of my success is the great love for this unique work. And I am here to transfer you my love, passion and experience in the pastry art.

GIANNI FOOD & WINE EXPERT

I am a Food & Wine expert with great experience in the Food & Wine Industry and founder of Gusto Food & Beverage a company selecting high quality Italian food and wine products to offer to the British Foodservice Industry. In addition i am a Chef specialized in Casual Italian Cuisine for the catering industry

RECORD-BREAKING LONGEST TIRAMISÙ IN THE WORLD (25/26 APRIL 2026)

In April 2026, Michela and Gianni were part of the team behind the record-breaking 440-metre tiramisù — handcrafted layers, prepared at the Chelsea Old Town Hall in London. A record that belongs to the whole team, and a story that inspires every jar of Miky Tiramisù

In July 2026, Michela and Gianni were awarded a medal for her contribution to the record-breaking team — presented by the Italian Consul General, at an award ceremony organised by Mirko Ricci, at the Arsenal Emirates Stadium in London
